Team which consists of a supervisory level, the customer service manager, the claims manager, administrative new business manager, and reinsurance manager.

QUALITY CONTROL

The company formulated a formal auditing program in 1996. The audit department is managed by a former field auditor with over 20 years experience. All departments, all systems, and all programs undergo routine and random audit.
